How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental includes 3 full days. You pick up the dress one day before your event and return it the day after.

What does the rental include?

Your rental includes:

– The dress

– Crinoline

– Crown or tiara (based on availability)

Accessories like straps, bows, or capes may be added for an extra cost.

Can I try on the dresses before renting?

Yes! You may schedule an appointment to try on up to 3 dresses.

Appointments are $15, non-refundable, but this amount goes toward your rental total if you decide to book.

What sizes are available?

We offer dresses in a variety of sizes. Many of our gowns are designed with corset backs, allowing for adjustable fitting.

What should I bring to my appointment?

To ensure the best fit and styling during your try-on, we recommend bringing:

• A bra that fits the style of dress you're planning to wear (strapless, push-up, backless, etc.)
• Shapewear or faja, if you plan to wear one at the event
• The shoes or heels you intend to wear (or something similar in height)

These items will help you see how the dress truly looks and feels for your big day.

Can the dress be altered or customized?

Our dresses are not altered, but straps, bows, and capes may be added with prior notice. These are not considered alterations and have an additional cost.

What if I damage the dress?

Customers are responsible for any major damage. Minor wear is expected. If the dress is returned with significant stains, rips, or alterations, additional charges may apply.

Do you rent to out-of-town clients?

At the moment, rentals are only available for local pickup and return at our Huntington Park store. Shipping is not available yet.

Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes. Once you choose your dress, a deposit is required to reserve it for your date. The $15 appointment fee applies toward that deposit.

What happens if I cancel my rental?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we allow one date change if notified at least 14 days in advance.

Can I rent more than one dress?

Absolutely! Some clients choose one dress for the party and another for the photoshoot. Each dress rental is charged separately.
